1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using My Lugh (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to access accounts or data that are not yours, interfering with the Service's operation, uploading unlawful content, or using the Service to send spam. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Your data

You retain ownership of the content you and your team create in the Service. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and display that content in order to operate the Service. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Subscriptions and billing

The Service offers a free tier and paid plans. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis and renew automatically until cancelled. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from your billing settings; changes take effect as described at the point of purchase.

6. Service availability

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but it is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Lugh will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive (such as limitations of liability) survive.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
