Answers to common questions.

Everything you need to get your team set up and productive in My Lugh.

Getting started

How do I create an account?

Click "Create free account" anywhere on the site, enter your email and a password, and you're in. No credit card is required to start.

How do I invite my team?

Open Settings → Team and send invitations by email. Teammates get a link to join your workspace and can start picking up tasks immediately.

Can I import my existing task list?

The fastest path is to move one active project at a time: create tasks with owners and due dates from your current sheet, then archive the sheet. Most teams migrate in an afternoon.

Organizing work

How do tasks, projects, and clients relate?

Tasks are the unit of work — each has an owner, a due date, and a status. Tasks can be grouped into projects, and both can be linked to clients so every account has one organized view.

What filters are available?

Filter by priority, past due, this week, unassigned, owner, client, project, and status — the views small teams actually check daily.

What are workspaces?

Workspaces are separate areas under one login — for example, one for your business and one for personal tasks. Each keeps its own tasks, clients, and team.

Billing & account

Is there a free plan?

Yes — My Lugh is free to start with no credit card required. Paid plans add capacity and features as your team grows; see the Pricing page for details.

How do I change or cancel my plan?

Plan changes and cancellation are self-serve under Settings → Billing. Changes take effect immediately and billing is prorated where applicable.

How do I reset my password?

Use the "Forgot password" link on the login page and we'll email you a secure reset link.

Support

How do I contact support?

Use the Contact page to reach the team — we answer product, billing, and setup questions.

Where can I learn best practices?

The Blog has practical guides on task filters, client work organization, and keeping deadlines from slipping.
